Associate, Client Management

To provide business development support to the Client Management team in their proactive client activities; and to manage communication and information flow between the business units and internal departments. You will build a relationship with your clients, both external and internal as a valued and trusted advisor, ensuring servicing requirements to meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Providing multi-level support to our clients on day-to-day issues and service requests.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities that best address the client’s strategic initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships with products, operations, finance and other functional departments.
  • Providing continuous support and coordination of key initiatives and projects through consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting Client directors and AVP’s in the annual Account Planning process.
  • Researching client issues and providing continuous service while working towards a resolution.
  • Recognizing opportunities for business development and working with Client Directors on execution.
  • Identifying industry trends and concerns by collecting and analyzing client and marketplace data.
  • Recognizing common client issues and providing recommendations for resolution.

Who are you?

  • You have 3 to 5 years experience with payment products and services working in a client services environment.
  • You have a passion for problem-solving, client management and a desire to learn more about the payment strategies of leading financial institutions.
  • You have strong client and relationship management skills.
  • You have proven communications and influencing skills.
  • You exhibit meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • You demonstrate the ability to conduct small group presentations.
  • You are a proven problem-solver and team player.
  • You have fun even in the thick of it.
